We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally. For remote delivery addresses or special service areas, additional lead times or surcharges may apply.
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details and carrier information.

For freight and White Glove deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment during the scheduled time. Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If any item is visibly damaged or incorrect, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at support@mightythanks.com. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may impact your eligibility for resolution or refund.

We are not responsible for delays once the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delays where possible.
