At Mighty Thanks, we want you to feel confident in your furniture purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy that is clear and fair while also considering the unique nature of shipping large and delicate furniture items across North America.
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
Products that show signs of wear, use, modification, or damage post-delivery may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Due to health, safety, and custom order considerations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
To start a return, email support@mightythanks.com with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and the reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), instructions, and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Important: Items returned without prior approval or without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product’s price may be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and warehouse costs.
Many of our furniture pieces ship via freight carriers. Please ensure someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery. If your item arrives visibly damaged, you must report this to the driver and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If damage is not noted, LionsNest may be unable to process your claim.
All freight returns must be arranged through our support team. Do not attempt to return furniture via freight without coordination, as improperly returned items may be refused or damaged further in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mightythanks.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide options for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not discard the packaging or product before receiving return instructions, as we may need photos of both to process your claim.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mightythanks.com.
